  1. 1

    Prepare the Ham

Remove ham from refrigerator. Remove from packaging.

Place ham, cut-side down, in a large oven-safe dish or shallow baking pan. Add 1 cup water.

    Cover tightly with foil.

  2. 2

    Start the Ham

Bake ham covered in hot oven on lowest rack until warmed through, 10-15 minutes per pound.

Ham is already fully cooked. To avoid overcooking, heat ham to an internal temperature of 140 degrees.

    While ham bakes, continue recipe.

  3. 3

    Add Glaze and Finish Ham

    Open glaze packet.

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 Tbsp. glaze and 2 tsp. water. If too thick, add additional warm water, 1 tsp. at a time, as needed.

After 10-15 minutes, carefully remove ham from oven and remove foil. Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees. Brush or pour glaze over entire ham. Ham and dish will be hot! Use caution.

Bake again on lowest rack uncovered in hot oven until glaze is set, 5 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    Serve family-style. Bon appétit!
