Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Start the Vegetables

    Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine broccoli, bell peppers, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Cover tray with foil.

    Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

    Add the Chicken

    Coarsely crush crispy onions in bag.

    Pat chicken dry.

    After 15 minutes, remove tray from oven. Top vegetables with dressing and push to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Place chicken in now-empty side of tray. Season with half the Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse; remaining is yours to use as you please!). Top evenly with mayonnaise, then crispy onions.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Rest, 5 minutes.

    To serve, top chicken with teriyaki glaze and hot sauce (to taste). Bon appétit!
