To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Bake the Broccoli
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
In one provided tray, combine broccoli, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Spread into an even layer.Cover tray with foil. Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While broccoli bakes, continue recipe. -
Prepare the Chicken
Finely crush almonds in shipping bag. In a mixing bowl, combine panko, crushed almonds, and 1 tsp. olive oil.
Pat chicken dry and place in second provided tray. Top with 1 tsp. olive oil and massage into chicken. Season both sides with half the garlic pepper (reserve remaining for crema) and a pinch of salt. Top chicken evenly with mayonnaise, 1 tsp. pesto (reserve remaining for broccoli), then panko-almond mixture, pressing gently to adhere.After 10 minutes, carefully remove broccoli tray from oven and remove foil. -
Bake the Meal
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender, panko-almond topping is golden brown, and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, in another mixing bowl, combine crème fraîche, remaining garlic pepper, and 2 tsp. water until smooth.Carefully remove both trays from oven. Using a clean utensil, stir remaining pesto into broccoli.To serve, top chicken with crema and garnish broccoli with cheese. Bon appétit!
