Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

Start the Potatoes
Cut potatoes into 1/2" wedges and pat dry.
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic pepper, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Massage oil and seasonings into potatoes. Spread into an even layer on one half of baking sheet.Roast in hot oven, 15 minutes.While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Zest lemon, halve, and juice.In a mixing bowl, combine green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.Pat steaks dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. -
Add the Green Beans
After 15 minutes, carefully remove baking sheet from oven and flip potatoes. Transfer green beans to empty side of sheet and spread into an even layer. Baking sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

Roast the Vegetables
Roast in hot oven until potatoes are browned and green beans are tender, 12-14 minutes.
Carefully remove sheet from oven.Stir 1 tsp. lemon zest and 1 tsp. lemon juice into green beans until combined. Baking sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.While vegetables roast, continue recipe. -
Cook Steak and Finish Dish
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add steaks to hot pan and cook until steaks reach desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well.
Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner.Transfer steaks to a plate and top with Sicilian sauce (to taste).Tent with foil and rest until sauce has melted, 3 minutes.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping potatoes with cheese.
