Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Ingredients
Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Halve lemon and cut one half into squeezable wedges for garnish. Remove shrimp from its packaging, rinse under very cold water, and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Prepare the Cocktail Sauce
In a small mixing bowl, combine the ketchup, horseradish (to taste, some can find this too pungent), Worcestershire sauce, juice from half the lemon, and salt and pepper to taste. Whisk together until smooth. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Plate the Dish
Arrange the shrimp in a serving dish or on a serving tray. Place some fresh parsley around the shrimp. Plate the cocktail sauce in a dish or dipping bowl and arrange next to the shrimp. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges.
