Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands.

    Trim zucchini ends, halve lengthwise, and cut into 1" dice. Zucchini quantity may vary, but total weight will remain the same. Don't worry; recipe instructions are not impacted.

    Coarsely chop capers.

    Prepare the Chicken

    Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with garlic and parsley seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt.

    Place chicken on one half of prepared baking sheet and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil.

    Add the Vegetables

    Place zucchini and broccoli on empty side of baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt.

    Spread into an even layer on their side.

    Roast Meal, Heat Sauce, and Finish Dish

    Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.

    While meal roasts, place butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until melted, 15-30 seconds.

    Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in capers and lemon juice until combined. Set aside.

    Carefully remove sheet from oven.

    To serve, top chicken with sauce and garnish vegetables with cheese. Bon appétit!
