Roasted red peppers are delicious; the process is a bit labor-intensive. (Have you ever tried peeling off the skins?) Here, we had someone else do that, so all that's left is the flavor, pesto'ed, crème fraîche'ed, and spread onto meaty meatballs like that was what it was born to do and nothing else. Speaking of work, not a lot to do here, and it comes together in no time.

Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground turkey, add meatballs to hot pan and cook until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 11-13 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, add meatballs to hot pan and cook until Impossible burger reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 12-15 minutes.

1 Form the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 1 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground beef, 2 Tbsp. pesto (reserve remaining for sauce), and garlic salt and thoroughly combine. Form mixture into six equally-sized meatballs. -
2 Cook the Meatballs
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add meatballs to hot pan, cover, and roll occasionally until browned all over and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 8-10 minutes.Remove from burner.While meatballs cook, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Green Beans
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add green beans to hot pan and cook, 1 minute.
Add 1/4 cup water, cover, and cook until tender, 6-8 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Remove from burner. Add lemon & herb seasoning and butter and stir until coated. -
4 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine remaining pesto, crème fraîche, and 1 tsp. water. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 20-30 seconds.
Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatballs with sauce and garnishing green beans with cheese. Bon appétit!
