Tapenade is a combination of olives, capers, and anchovies, chopped into a fine paste, and served as an appetizer, spread on crusty bread for some fine salty, briny bites. Our tapenade is of the Tuscan tomato variety, omitting the controversial anchovies for some mighty fine red friends, tomatoes and roasted red peppers. Spread on top of a burger, this tapenade is the stuff that dreams are made of. Salty, briny, yum yum dreams.
