Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Chicken 165° F |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare the Ingredients

    In provided tray, combine pasta, spinach, cream base, marinara, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.

    Form the Meatballs

    In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, panko, garlic salt, half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish), and half the ricotta (remaining is yours to use as you please!). Form pork mixture into six equally-sized meatballs.

    Place meatballs on pasta.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until pasta is heated through and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven.

    To serve, garnish with red pepper flakes (to taste) and remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit!
