If using ground beef, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach minimum internal temperature, 25-30 minutes.

If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach minimum internal temperature, 30-35 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, bake uncovered in hot oven until loaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 28-32 minutes.

Prepare the Zucchini
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
In provided tray, combine zucchini, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 the garlic salt (reserve remaining for meatloaves), and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Push to one side of tray. -
Add the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, panko, ricotta, Italian seasoning, remaining garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
Form mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. Place in empty side of tray. -
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 25 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Evenly spread marinara over meatloaves, then top with shredded cheese. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Bake again uncovered in hot oven until zucchini is tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Drain excess liquid and stir butter (to taste) into zucchini. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, garnish zucchini with almonds. Bon appétit!
