If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until burger is heated through, 20-25 minutes.

1 Add the Broccoli
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Add broccoli, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper to provided tray. Spread into a single layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While broccoli bakes, make meatballs. -
2 Add the Meatballs
Finely crush crackers into crumbs.
Mix ground pork, crushed crackers, mayonnaise, 1/4 tsp. salt, and half the seasoning blend in a mixing bowl until completely combined. Form into six equally-sized meatballs.Carefully, remove tray from oven. Stir corn and bacon into broccoli and push to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Add meatballs to empty side of tray. -
3 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, combine cream cheese, 3 Tbsp. water, tomatoes, and remaining seasoning blend in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until bubbling, 30-60 seconds.Carefully, remove from microwave and add shredded cheese and a pinch of salt. Whisk or stir vigorously until combined.Carefully remove tray from oven. Top meatballs with sauce. Bon appétit!
