Cooking Guidelines

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as pork in Step 2, breaking up burger until heated through, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground beef, follow same instructions as pork in Step 2, breaking up beef until no pink remains and beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using steak strips, separate into a single layer and pat dry. Follow same instructions as pork in Step 2, stir occasionally until no pink remains and steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

If using chicken breasts, pat dry and, on a separate cutting board, cut into 1” dice. Follow same instructions as pork in Step 2, stirring occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Separate leaves of lettuce for cups.
Halve tomatoes.Coarsely chop pickles. -
Cook the Filling
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 tsp. olive oil, ground pork, tomatoes, seasoned salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan.
Break up pork until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Remove from burner. -
Assemble the Wraps
Place a lettuce cup on a clean work surface (or layer two cups for extra crunch and structural support).
Fill with a few spoonfuls of filling. Repeat with remaining lettuce cups. -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing wraps with potato sticks, cheese, dressing, and chopped pickles. Bon appétit!
