Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Ingredients
Quarter potatoes. Place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until tender, 6-8 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.While potatoes microwave, in a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine onion salt, half the teriyaki glaze (reserve remaining for pineapples), and ground turkey. Form mixture into four equally-sized patties, about 5" in diameter. -
Cook the Potatoes
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
Add microwaved potatoes to hot pan and stir occasionally until browned all over, 8-10 minutes.Stir in black garlic seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt until combined.Remove from burner.While potatoes cook, continue recipe. -
Toast Rolls and Cook Patties
Place another large non-stick pan over medium heat.
Spray cut-sides of rolls with cooking spray. Add rolls, cut-side down, to hot, dry pan. Toast until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes.Transfer buns to a plate. Keep pan over medium heat.Add 2 tsp. olive oil to hot pan. Add patties and cook until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Top patties with cheese and let melt, 1-2 minutes.Transfer patties to a plate. Wipe pan clean and keep pan over medium-high heat. -
Cook Pineapples and Finish Dish
Add pineapples to hot, dry pan. Cook until lightly charred, 1-2 minutes.
Add remaining teriyaki glaze and stir until pineapples are coated.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom roll with patty, pineapple, arugula, and top roll. Bon appétit!
