Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Start the Potatoes
Cut potatoes into eight wedges each.
Place wedges on prepared baking sheet and toss with 4 tsp. olive oil, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for meatloaves), 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Massage oil, salt, pepper, and garlic salt into potatoes.Spread into a single layer. Roast in hot oven, 20 minutes.While potatoes roast, prepare ingredients. -
Prepare the Ingredients
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.
In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup and sugar until no large clumps remain. -
Form the Meatloaves
In another mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground beef, white portions of green onions, panko, ricotta, remaining garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
Form mixture into four equally-sized ovals. -
Finish Potatoes and Bake Meatloaves
After 20 minutes, remove baking sheet from oven. Flip potatoes and push to one side. Baking sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
Add meatloaves to empty side and top evenly with ketchup-brown sugar mixture.Roast in hot oven until potatoes are tender and golden-brown and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 18-22 minutes. -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping potatoes with cheese, sour cream, and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
