Fusion in food comes from all kinds of places and sources, from cultures colliding in interesting and wonderful ways, to an idea appearing in a chef's head late at night. Here, we've combined two great things into one: rich and indulgent shrimp scampi and everyone's favorite flavor delivery device, flatbreads. (Ok, second favorite, taco people.) Squeeze a bit of lemon over and fuse yourself to this dinner.
