Microwave Instructions
Combine cream base, Bolognese sauce, garlic salt, rice, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Spread into an even layer. Cover tray with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until heated through and slightly thickened, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave and uncover. Stir in peas and Parmesan. Spread into an even layer again and top with mozzarella.Microwave uncovered until peas are heated through and cheese is melted, 3-4 minutes.While risotto microwaves, coarsely crush crackers.Carefully remove tray from microwave.To serve, top with crushed crackers and red pepper flakes (to taste). Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection.

Place tray on a baking sheet.Bake again uncovered in hot oven until peas are heated through and cheese is melted, 8-10 minutes.While risotto bakes, coarsely crush crackers.Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, top with crushed crackers and red pepper flakes (to taste).
