    Make the Smoothie

    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Peel and core apple and chop into a rough dice, reserving two small rounds for garnish. Halve avocado and remove pit. Peel and slice kiwis. Add apple, meat of the avocado, spinach, kiwis, orange juice and 1 cup of ice to the blender. Blend on high speed until ice is crushed and liquid is smooth with few, if any, clumps.

    Drink Up!

    Pour smoothie into two tall glasses. Garnish with apple rounds. Drink up, enjoy, and feel healthy!
