Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using ground turkey, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes per side.

Roast the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/4" fries and pat dry.
Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 4 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven until golden-brown and tender, 25-30 minutes, tossing once halfway through.Carefully remove from oven and stir in black garlic seasoning until combined. Sheet and fries will be hot! Use a utensil.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
Form the Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse), half the soy sauce (reserve remaining for garnish), and a pinch of pepper.
Form mixture into two equally-sized patties, about 5" in diameter. -
Cook the Patties
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add patties to hot, dry pan. Cook until lightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.Remove from burner.While patties cook, continue recipe. -
Toast the Buns
Place buns directly on oven rack in hot oven, cut-sides up.
Toast until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. -
Make Slaw and Finish Dish
In another mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, dressing, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with patty, remaining soy sauce, slaw, then top bun. Bon appétit!
