Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Place green beans and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided tray. Massage oil into green beans and cover with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven and drain any excess liquid from tray.Stir in half the garlic and parsley seasoning (reserve remaining for sauce), 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper until combined. Push green beans to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. -
2 Add Steaks and Bake Meal
Pat steaks dry and season both sides with 1 tsp. olive oil, coarse black pepper, and half the truffle salt (reserve remaining for mashed potatoes).
Place in now-empty side of tray.Bake uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and steaks reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 13-18 minutes.Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove from oven. Rest, 3 minutes.While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Mashed Potatoes, Make Compound Butter, and Finish Meal
Place mashed potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Add remaining truffle salt and softened cream cheese. Vigorously stir to combine. Set aside.Stem thyme.In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, 1/4 tsp. thyme, and remaining garlic and parsley seasoning. Set aside.To serve, top steak with compound butter. Bon appétit!
