Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Roast the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/2"-thick fries and pat dry.
Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven until lightly browned, 28-30 minutes, tossing once halfway through.Carefully remove from oven and transfer fries to a mixing bowl. Add blackening seasoning, cilantro (prepared in next step), 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Toss or gently stir until coated. Set aside. Fries will be hot! Use caution.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Mince cilantro, leaves and stems.
Form ground beef into two equally-sized patties, about 5" across. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. -
3 Toast the Buns
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add buns, cut-side down, to hot pan. Toast until golden-brown, 2-3 minutes.Transfer buns to a plate or bowl. Keep pan over medium-high heat; no need to wipe clean. -
4 Cook the Patties
Add patties to hot, dry pan. Cook until browned and patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side, topping with cheese after flipping.
Transfer patties to another plate and cover with foil. Keep pan over medium-high heat; no need to wipe clean. -
5 Caramelize Pineapples and Finish Dish
Drain pineapples and add to hot pan. Cook until lightly caramelized, 1-2 minutes per side.
Remove from burner.Uncover patties and top each with a pineapple slice.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with mayonnaise, arugula, patty with pineapple, teriyaki glaze, and top bun. Bon appétit!
