Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Bake the Meatballs
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Spray one provided tray with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine 2 Tbsp. panko (remaining is yours to use as you please!) and 1 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.After 1 minute, add ground turkey, chimichurri seasoning, half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish), and 1/2 tsp. salt. Form mixture into 16 evenly-sized meatballs. Place meatballs in prepared provided tray.Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.While meatballs bake, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Halve lemon lengthwise. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half.
Tear spinach leaves. In second provided tray, combine spinach, pasta, 1 tsp. olive oil, and 1 Tbsp. water.In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, garlic salt, and lemon juice. Cover with a paper towel. Microwave covered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove bowl from microwave and tray from oven. Transfer meatballs to a plate. Evenly divide pasta mixture and sauce between both trays and top with meatballs. -
3 Bake the Meal
Cover trays with foil. Bake covered in hot oven until spinach wilts and pasta heats through, 10-12 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.To serve, top meatballs with sauce from trays and garnish with remaining Parmesan. Squeeze lemon wedges over to taste. Bon appétit
