1 Prepare the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
In one provided tray, combine green beans, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, lemon n herb seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer. -
2 Prepare the Chicken
Crush pretzels in shipping bag. Get the kids involved! With supervision, have them help crush the pretzels.
Combine pretzels and 1 tsp. olive oil on a plate and spread into an even layer.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. Top one side evenly with mayonnaise. Place chicken, mayonnaise-side down, onto pretzel mixture, pressing gently to adhere.Place chicken, pretzel-side up, in second provided tray. -
3 Bake Meal and Heat Mashed Potatoes
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.While chicken and green beans bake, combine mashed potatoes and garlic salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and vigorously stir to combine. If you receive mashed sweet potatoes, follow same instructions.After 18-22 minutes, carefully remove chicken tray from oven. Top chicken with cheese. Bake again in hot oven until cheese starts to brown and green beans are tender, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove both trays from oven.To serve, top chicken with dressing. Bon appétit!
