Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Cook the Onions
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add onions to hot pan and stir occasionally until softened, 3-5 minutes. -
2 Add the Pork
Drain pulled pork and separate pieces.
Add pork to hot pan with onions and stir occasionally until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Stir in BBQ sauce and 2 Tbsp. water. Bring to a simmer.Once simmering, remove from burner.While pork mixture cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Make the Slaw
In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, dressing, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside. Kids want to help? With supervision, have them help mix the slaw.

4 Heat Tortillas and Finish Dish
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.
If tortillas come folded, keep folded.Alternatively, place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add tortillas, one at a time, to hot, dry pan. Heat undisturbed, 30-45 seconds per side. Remove from pan.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, filling tortillas with pork mixture and topping with slaw and cheese. Bon appétit!
