If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

Prepare the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Place green beans in one provided tray. Top with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer.Bake green beans uncovered in hot oven until tender, 30-35 minutes.While green beans bake, continue recipe. -
Prepare the Chicken
In a mixing bowl, combine crispy onions and cheese. Set aside.
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place in second provided tray.Evenly top chicken with mayonnaise, then crispy onion-cheese mixture, pressing gently to adhere. -
Bake Meal and Heat Potatoes
Bake chicken uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.While meal bakes, add mashed potatoes to a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine. Microwave until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Vigorously stir in sour cream and ranch seasoning to combine.Carefully remove both trays from oven.To serve, top green beans with butter and lemon n herb seasoning.
