Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using ground beef, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

    Roast the Fries

    Cut potatoes into 1/4" fries and pat dry.

    Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer.

    Roast in hot oven until lightly browned, 35-40 minutes, tossing once halfway through.

    While fries roast, continue recipe.

    Prepare Ingredients and Form Patties

    Trim ends off celery and peel with a peeler to create ribbons.

    In a mixing bowl, combine half the buttermilk-dill seasoning (reserve remaining for patties) and sour cream. Set aside.

    In another mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, remaining buttermilk-dill seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.

    Form turkey mixture into four equally-sized patties, about 5" in diameter.

    Spread panko evenly on a plate. Place patties onto panko and flip to coat both sides, pressing gently to adhere.

    Toast Buns and Cook Patties

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add buns, cut-side down, to hot pan. Working in batches if necessary, toast until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes.

    Transfer buns to a plate. Keep pan over medium heat; no need to wipe clean.

    Add 2 Tbsp. olive oil and patties to hot pan. Cook until patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.

    Remove from burner.

    While patties cook, continue recipe.

    Make Buffalo-Butter Sauce and Finish Dish

    Place a small non-stick pan over medium heat. Add butter and Buffalo sauce (to taste) to hot pan. Stir occasionally until heated through, melted, and combined, 1-2 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with Buffalo-butter sauce (to taste), arugula, patty, crema, celery ribbons, and top bun. Bon appétit!
