1 Prepare The Ingredients
Core tomato and cut into 1/2" dice

2 Cook The Chicken
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan and stir occasionally until chicken browns and reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes."

3 Add Tomatoes and Make The Sauce
Add tomatoes and onions to pan and cook for 2 minutes.
Add cream cheese, garlic salt, half the parmesan, and 1/2 cup water. Stir to combine.Add pasta and bring mixture to a simmer. -
4 Finish The Dish
