    Microwave Instructions

Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.

Drain beef and break into smaller pieces. Tenderloin will be pink upon arrival and may remain pink after heating. It has been pre-cooked and simply needs to be heated through.

In one section of provided tray, combine diced peppers, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of pepper. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave uncovered until tender, 3-4 minutes.

Carefully remove from microwave. Combine beef, 1/4 tsp. salt, and fiesta seasoning in empty section of tray.

Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging. Add rice and adobo seasoning to peppers and stir to combine. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until beef and rice are heated through, 1-2 minutes.

Carefully remove tray from microwave. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.

If tortillas come folded, keep folded.

Place tortillas on a clean work surface. Place rice mixture, beef, chipotle crema, cheese, and salsa (to taste; reserve portion for dipping, if desired) in center of tortillas.

Fold sides of tortilla toward center, then roll bottom edge towards the top, enclosing sides tightly.

To serve, halve burrito, if desired. Bon appétit!
