Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain beans. Drain brisket and separate slices.
Combine brisket, beans, and corn in provided tray. Top with chimichurri and 2 Tbsp. water.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until brisket is heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.Halve lime and juice. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine slaw mix, 2 tsp. lime juice, and a pinch of salt.Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warmed, 30-60 seconds.If tortillas come folded, keep folded.To serve, fill tortillas with brisket mixture, slaw, sour cream, and crispy jalapeños (to taste). Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
