Before You Cook

Prepare the Snack
Preheat the broiler.
Halve ciabatta diagonally.Core tomato and cut into eight thin rounds.In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, bacon, and half the Parmesan.Place ciabatta slices on prepared baking sheet. Spread bacon mixture onto cut sides of ciabatta. Top with tomato slices and remaining Parmesan.Broil in hot broiler until lightly toasted, 4-5 minutes.Top with arugula. Bon appétit!
