Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground pork, add meatballs to hot pan and cook until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 10-15 minutes.

If using ground turkey, add meatballs to hot pan and cook until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 11-13 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, add meatballs to hot pan and cook until Impossible burger reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 12-15 minutes.

Form the Meatballs
Finely crush crackers. Combine crackers and 2 Tbsp. water in a mixing bowl. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground beef, 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, half the minced garlic and parsley (reserve remaining for sauce), and Italian seasoning.Stir until thoroughly combined. Form mixture into 10 equally-sized meatballs. -
Cook the Meatballs
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add meatballs to hot pan, cover, and roll occasionally until browned all over and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 8-10 minutes.
Remove from burner.While meatballs cook, continue recipe. -
Cook the Broccoli
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands.
Place another medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 tsp. salt, garlic and parsley seasoning, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan.Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 4-6 minutes.Uncover and stir occasionally until tender, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in Sicilian sauce (to taste) until melted and combined. -
Make Sauce and Finish Dish
Add 2 Tbsp. water, cream cheese, remaining minced garlic and parsley, half the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), a pinch of salt, and 1/2 tsp. pepper to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until warmed through, 1-2 minutes.
Carefully remove from microwave. Stir until combined and smooth.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatballs with sauce and garnishing broccoli with remaining shredded cheese. Bon appétit!
