Prepare the Ingredients
Spray grill with cooking spray and heat grill to medium-high. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Place green beans, cream cheese, chicken base, 1 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and coarse black pepper in provided grill bag. Roll open end of bag to seal and gently shake to mix. Cream cheese will melt as bag cooks.Pat pork chops dry, and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Drizzle with 1 tsp. olive oil. -
Grill the Meal
Place grill bag on hot grill and cook until green beans are tender, 12-15 minutes.
While grill bag cooks, place pork chops on hot grill and cook until browned on one side, 5-7 minutes.Flip chops, and top with blue cheese. Cook until chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Remove to a plate. -
Finish the Dish
Carefully, open grill bag and scoop out green beans.

For a Rainy Day...
If cooking indoors, pat pork chops dry, and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Place pork chops in hot pan and cook until golden brown on one side, 5-7 minutes. Flip chops and top with blue cheese. Cook until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes. Remove from burner. While pork cooks, place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add green beans and garlic salt to hot pan and stir occasionally until lightly browned, 4-5 minutes. Stir in ¼ cup water. Cover and cook until green beans are tender, 4-5 minutes. Stir in chicken base and cream cheese until melted and combined. Remove from burner and season with coarse black pepper. Follow same instructions for plating. Bon appétit!
