Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    In provided tray, combine marinara, mirepoix base, cream cheese, garlic and chili pepper (to taste), 2 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats.

    Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Uncover and stir to combine.

    Add peas, meatballs, pasta, and garlic salt. Stir until thoroughly combined and cover with a damp paper towel.

    Microwave again covered until heated through, 3-5 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave and uncover. Stir in butter (to taste).

    To serve, top with Parmesan. Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    In provided tray, combine marinara, mirepoix base, cream cheese, garlic and chili pepper (to taste), 2 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats.

    Cover tray with foil. Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until cheese is melted, 12-14 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Uncover and stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Add peas, meatballs, pasta, and garlic salt. Stir until thoroughly combined and cover with foil. Place tray on a baking sheet.

    Bake again covered in hot oven until heated through, 8-10 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven and uncover. Stir in butter (to taste).

    To serve, top with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
