Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Zucchini
Trim zucchini, halve lengthwise, and cut into 1/2” half-moons. Zucchini quantity may vary, but total weight will remain the same. Don't worry; recipe instructions are not impacted.

2 Form the Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic and parsley seasoning, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for vegetables), 1/4 tsp. salt, panko, and minced garlic and parsley.
Form mixture into two equally-sized patties, about 5" across. -
3 Cook the Patties
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add patties to hot pan. Cook until slightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.Remove from burner.While patties cook, continue recipe. -
4 Cook Vegetables and Finish Dish
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add zucchini, 1/4 tsp. salt, bell peppers, and remaining garlic salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until vegetables are slightly browned and tender, 6-8 minutes.Add za'atar seasoning and stir to combine.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping patty with tzatziki. Garnish dish with cheese. Bon appétit!
