1 Microwave Instructions
Drain pulled pork and separate pieces. Stem cilantro and reserve whole leaves. Halve lime and juice.
Place pork, onions, half the BBQ sauce (reserve remaining for garnish), and peach preserves in provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until onions are tender and pork is heated through, 5-6 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave.In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, cilantro, 2 tsp. lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.If tortillas come folded, keep folded.To serve, fill tortillas with pork mixture and top with slaw. Garnish with remaining BBQ sauce. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Drain pulled pork and separate pieces. Stem cilantro and reserve whole leaves. Halve lime and juice.

Bake covered in hot oven until onions are tender and pork is heated through, 18-20 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, cilantro, 2 tsp. lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.If tortillas come folded, keep folded.To serve, fill tortillas with pork mixture and top with slaw.
