Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain brisket and separate slices. Drain beans.
Add peppers to one section of provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until tender, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add beans, ketchup, and brown sugar to peppers and stir to combine. Add brisket to other section of tray. Cover tray again with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until brisket is heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add BBQ sauce to brisket and stir to combine. Combine slaw and dressing in a mixing bowl. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.To serve, fill tortillas with brisket and top with peppers and slaw. Garnish with crispy onions. Bon appétit! -

Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain brisket and separate slices. Drain beans.

Bake again covered in hot oven until brisket is heated through, 10-12 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Add BBQ sauce to brisket and stir to combine. Combine slaw and dressing in a mixing bowl. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.To serve, fill tortillas with brisket and top with peppers and slaw.
