Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare Ingredients and Make Pesto Ricotta
Zest lemon, halve, and juice.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, pesto, and a pinch of salt. Set aside. -
Cook the Turkey
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add ground turkey, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp.pepper to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes.Stir in minced garlic and lemon basil and a pinch of salt until combined, 30-60 seconds. -
Add the Sauce and Pasta
Add cream base, garlic salt, a pinch of pepper, 1/4 tsp. lemon zest, and 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (reserve remaining for arugula) to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, stir in pasta until sauce is slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.While sauce and pasta cook, continue recipe. -
Dress Arugula and Finish Dish
In another mixing bowl, combine arugula, 1 tsp. olive oil, remaining 1 tsp. lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with Parmesan, pesto ricotta, and arugula. Bon appétit!
