Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil.

If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

Prepare the Ingredients
Halve tomatoes. If you receive a pint of tomatoes, please use half.
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Trim discolored ends, if necessary. -
Cook the Vegetables
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 4-6 minutes.
Uncover and add tomatoes and a pinch of salt. Stir occasionally until tender, 2-3 minutes. -
Add the Pasta and Sauce
Add cream base, cheese, pesto, mirepoix base, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until cheese melts and sauce is smooth, 2-3 minutes.
Add pasta and stir until coated. Cover and stir occasionally until pasta is heated through, 2-3 minutes.If sauce is too thick, add water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner.While pasta cooks, continue recipe. -
Toast Panko and Finish Dish
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat. Add butter to hot pan and let melt, 30-60 seconds.
Stir in panko and garlic and parsley seasoning until combined and toasted, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with toasted panko. Bon appétit!
