Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using 20 oz. ground beef, follow same instructions as 10 oz. ground beef, forming four equally-sized patties and stacking two to serve.

If using ground turkey, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes per side.

If using Impossible burger, cook until patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 3-4 minutes per side.

Roast the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/4"-thick fries and pat dry. Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer.
Roast in hot oven until lightly browned, 25-30 minutes, tossing once halfway through.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
Make Mostarda and Form Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine mustard, cranberry sauce, and 1 tsp. water.
Form ground beef into two equally-sized patties, about 5" in diameter. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. -
Toast the Buns
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add buns to hot pan and toast until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes.
Transfer buns to a plate. Keep pan over medium-high heat; no need to wipe clean. -
Cook the Patties
Add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.
Remove from burner.While patties cook, continue recipe. -
Make Cheese Sauce and Finish Dish
Place a small pot over medium heat. Add 1/4 cup water and cream cheese to hot pot. Stir often until cream cheese melts, 2-3 minutes.
Add shredded cheese. Stir until cheese melts and sauce is smooth, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with mostarda, patty, cheese sauce, arugula, and top bun. Serve aioli on the side for dipping fries. Bon appétit!
