Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Chicken 165° F |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Combine beans, mushrooms, onions, and half the seasoned salt in provided tray until completely combined. Spread into a single layer on one half of the tray.

    Prepare The Meatballs

    Combine ground turkey, panko, and remaining seasoned salt on tray lid.

    Divide mixture into six evenly-sized meatballs, about the size of golf balls. Place meatballs on empty half of tray. Top dish with half the parmesan cheese.

    Roast The Meatballs

    Roast in a hot oven until meatballs have reached a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 24-28 minutes.

    Remove from oven and stir in stroganoff sauce.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping dish with remaining parmesan. Bon appétit!
