Cooking Guidelines

Roast the Turkey
Remove thawed turkey from refrigerator and discard plastic wrap.
Place turkey in a large oven-safe casserole or baking dish with 1/4 cup water. Tent with foil.Roast in hot oven until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 30-45 minutes. Turkey has already been fully cooked to minimum internal temperature.Carefully remove from oven. Rest, 10-15 minutes.Serve family-style. Bon appétit!
