Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Halve lime. Mix slaw mix, half the soy sauce (reserve remaining for chicken), juice of half the lime, a pinch of salt, and vinegar in a mixing bowl until thoroughly combined. Drain chicken, separate, and pat dry. To re-crisp lettuce cups, soak in icy, cold water, 5 minutes. Thoroughly dry.
Combine chicken and cornstarch in provided tray until chicken is coated. Top with sesame sauce, pineapple, and 2 Tbsp. water.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until heated through and sauce thickens, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir remaining soy sauce into tray.Separate lettuce leaves into cups. Layer two lettuce cups for extra crunch and structural support. You should have about 5-6 cups total.To serve, fill lettuce cups with chicken mixture and top with slaw and peanuts. Squeeze remaining lime half over lettuce cups to taste. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Halve lime. Mix slaw mix, half the soy sauce (reserve remaining for chicken), juice of half the lime, a pinch of salt, and vinegar in a mixing bowl until thoroughly combined. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain chicken, separate, and pat dry. To re-crisp lettuce cups, soak in icy, cold water, 5 minutes. Thoroughly dry.
