1 Make the Taco Bowl
Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.
Toss chicken with seasoning blend. Microwave until warm, 1-2 minutes.Remove rice from packaging. Place rice and corn in a microwave-safe bowl with 2 Tbsp. water. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave until warm, 2 minutes. Fluff rice with a fork.Top rice with half the cheese, then chicken and remaining cheese.Drizzle hot sauce over dish (to taste). Top with sour cream.Bon appétit!
