Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Customize It Instructions

If using diced chicken thighs, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes. Don't worry about trimming. Excess fat will render while cooking and add flavor.

If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Stir occasionally until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.
Halve and peel yellow onion. Slice halves into thin strips. -
2 Cook the Vegetables
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add yellow onions and carrots to hot pan. Stir occasionally until tender and lightly browned, 6-8 minutes.Add cabbage and stir often until wilted, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.While vegetables cook, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Pork
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add ground pork, 1/4 tsp. salt, Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse), white portions of green onions, and ginger to hot pan.Break up meat until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-7 minutes. -
4 Add Noodles and Finish Dish
Add noodles, teriyaki glaze, 1/4 cup water, and vegetables to hot pan with pork. Stir often until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping noodles with sesame seeds and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
