1 Start the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
In provided tray, combine green beans, bacon, 1/2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into green beans and spread into an even layer. Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While green beans bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, and pesto. Set aside.
In another mixing bowl, combine ground pork, panko, rotisserie chicken seasoning, and a pinch of pepper. Form pork mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.Carefully remove tray from oven. Uncover green beans and drain any excess liquid. Stir in potato spice seasoning and push green beans to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place meatloaves in now-empty side of tray and top evenly with cream cheese mixture. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.Cover green beans side of tray with foil. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake half-covered (green beans covered, meatloaves uncovered) in hot oven until green beans are tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, crush almonds in shipping bag.Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, top green beans with crushed almonds. Bon appétit!
