Everyone loves a steak with blue cheese, and now you can combine that deliciousness with pizza. A culinary Frankenstein, but instead of “it's alive,” you'll say “it's delicious!” Tip: To remove the core of a tomato, carefully making a circle with your knife around the stem, then remove circle.

- 1 Large Non-Stick Pan

Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Ingredients
Core tomato and cut into 1/4" rounds.
Peel and halve shallot. Slice halves into thin strips.Separate steak strips into a single layer and pat dry.If using flank steak, follow same instructions. -
Cook the Steak
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add steak strips, seasoning blend, shallot, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until no pink remains, 4-6 minutes.If using flank steak, follow same instructions. -
Par-Bake the Flatbreads
Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheet, flat side up.
Place baking sheet under broiler. Broil until beginning to brown around edges, 1-2 minutes.Keep an eye on flatbreads, as they may burn easily under broiler. -
Bake Flatbreads and Finish Dish
Carefully flip flatbreads. Top evenly with mozzarella, tomato, steak strip-shallot mix, and blue cheese.
Place baking sheet under broiler again until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing flatbreads with arugula. Bon appétit!
