Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Start the Tortellini
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Combine tortellini, mushrooms, and 1/4 cup water in provided tray. Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven until tortellini are al dente, 12-15 minutes. -
2 Add the Sauce
Carefully remove tray from oven. Carefully drain any excess liquid. Stir in cream base, cream cheese, garlic salt, spinach, and half the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) until combined. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.
Cover tray with foil. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake again covered in hot oven until sauce is bubbling, 18-20 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in lemon juice.To serve, top tortellini with remaining shredded cheese. Bon appétit!
