1 Microwave Instructions
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
In provided tray, combine bolognese, cream cheese, poblanos (to taste), chile and cumin rub, 1 Tbsp. water, and 1/2 tsp. salt. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until poblanos are tender, 3-4 minutes.While meal heats, in a mixing bowl, combine ricotta and pesto (to taste). Set aside.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir in pasta until completely coated.Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave again covered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave.To serve, top pasta with shredded cheese, crispy onions, and pesto-ricotta (to taste). Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection.
