Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain chicken and pat dry.
Combine sweet potato, poblano, 2 tsp. olive oil, taco seasoning, and 2 Tbsp. water in provided tray.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until sweet potato is cooked through, 5-6 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add chicken, corn, cream base, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), flour, and 3/4 cup water to tray and stir to combine. Cover again with a damp paper towel. Microwave until chowder thickens, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.To serve, garnish with hot sauce (to taste), remaining cheese, and tortilla strips. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain chicken and pat dry.

Bake covered in hot oven until sweet potatoes are tender, 12-15 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Add chicken, corn, cream base, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), flour, and 3/4 cup water to tray and stir to combine.Cover with foil. Place tray again on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until chowder thickens and is bubbling at the sides, 12-15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven and stir to combine.To serve, garnish with hot sauce (to taste), remaining cheese, tortilla strips.
