If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

Prepare the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with 3/4 the buttermilk-dill seasoning (reserve remaining for topping) and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Evenly top chicken with mayonnaise, then evenly top with panko, pressing gently to adhere. -
Cook the Chicken
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add chicken to hot pan, panko-side down first. Cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
Prepare Ingredients and Make Topping
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Trim discolored ends, if necessary.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, remaining buttermilk-dill seasoning, green portions of green onions, and 1 tsp. water. Set aside. -
Cook Broccoli and Finish Dish
Place a medium oven-safe non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add broccoli and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 4-6 minutes.Uncover and add garlic pepper, 1/4 tsp. salt, and white portions of green onions. Stir occasionally broccoli is tender, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner and evenly top with cheese.Transfer pan to hot broiler and broil until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes.Don't text and broil! Keep an eye on oven as cheese may burn easily under broiler.Carefully remove from broiler. Pan handle will be hot! Use an oven mitt.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing chicken with topping. Bon appétit!
