  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |

Customize It Instructions

  • If using ground turkey, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes per side.

  • If using Impossible burger, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 3-4 minutes per side.

  1. 1

    Roast the Fries

Cut potatoes into 1/4"-thick fries and pat dry. Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 4 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread into a single layer.

Roast in hot oven until lightly browned, 25-30 minutes, tossing once halfway through.

Carefully remove from oven. Add buttermilk-dill seasoning and toss to coat. Sheet and fries will be hot! Use a utensil.

    While fries roast, continue recipe.

  2. 2

Make Dijon Mayonnaise and Prepare Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine mustard and mayonnaise. Set aside.

Halve and peel onion. Slice halves into thin strips.

Add ground beef to another mixing bowl and combine with 1/4 tsp. salt and smoked paprika. Form mixture into two equally-sized patties, about 5" in diameter. Season both sides with coarse black pepper.

  3. 3

    Cook the Onions

Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

Add onions to hot pan and stir occasionally until browned, 10-12 minutes.

If pan becomes dry, add water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, as needed.

    Remove from burner.

    While onions cook, continue recipe.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Spray cut-sides of buns with cooking spray.

Add buns, cut-side down, to hot, dry pan. Toast until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes.

Transfer buns to a plate. Keep pan over medium-high heat; no need to wipe clean.

  5. 5

    Cook Patties and Finish Dish

Add 1 tsp. olive oil and patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.

Top with cheese and cover until melted, 45-60 seconds.

    Remove from burner.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with patty, onions, Dijon mayonnaise, and top bun. Bon appétit!
